Don't watch this video if you don't want to be pissed off.

I'm not even sure what to say about this.

I'm disgusted.

How about we go down there and toss a few anglers off the wall, then hoist them back up by tying a slipknot around their waist.  Might drop a few, but what else can be done.

I say, shut it down.

This might be worth a letter to ODFW.

Some words to include in your email, citing the ODFW fishing regs from 2009...

"All oversize, undersize, and unwanted legal size sturgeon must be
immediately released unharmed into the water."

"HANDLE WITH CARE: When you catch and release fish, you are
preserving a valuable resource for other anglers to enjoy in the
future. Use barbless hooks in order to easily release your catch.
Land fish as carefully as possible. Remove the hook quickly and
gently, keeping the fish underwater. See page 33 for Catch and
Release guidelines. Carefully released fish may also be counted
on spawning grounds, ensuring adequate escapement for conservation and management of fish populations."

I've downloaded the graphic from the regs about how to property C&R.  Will try to post later.

I think this might be my FP topic.

I saw Rob out there last weekend casting his DHD off the wall and bitching about how crowded it was.  Said it reminded him of Alaska.

That's real sick.
* There is either a genetic problem in that town causing a limited amount of brain developement.
* We suffer from a lot of new people getting into fishing&hunting (which is good) but did not learn the basics of respecting nature from their dad's or grandpa. It should come naturally but it doesn't.

I thought it was only happening out here in Africa but heck the world is the same with assholes every where! Here it's the privileged who arrive in their $$ SUVs & quad bikes (someone gimme a gun)stuff up the most pristine environment.
