Have an uncle that made it through this (not completely unchanged). It's very rough
Do you know if they have an easy donation method around? Something like paypal non-profit?
Might be kind of good to have a Casting Pledge setup in conjunction with the Norway 2012 Competition. Say... pledge $1 for every meter of Paul's best cast? Or Lasse's if you're feeling generous

I think that is a great idea. I will put up a dollar per meter for the longest fly cast made at the comp.

We should work something on the time Paul manages to drag himself out of bed 
I don't know if we have the legal stuff Paypal Non-Profit needs - proof of charitable status etc. Maybe a conventional Paypal acct?

Yes, even a conventional paypal could do it (was thinking there'd be less fees with non-profit). There are other donation / crowdsourcing websites, but it should be setup on the receiving end.
Casting pledge or auction or... ? I'm game to help
