Re: Structuring multiple lessons
Hi Vince, Separation causes the stretch and release mechanism. The point about separation is having the hips rotate in a different sequence to the shoulders, which stretches the torso musculature, which then sets up external shoulder rotation and stretch across the pecs. Re: Mental Practice
Agree Paul, it is a great tool for review, but I think it is undervalued for development. Discussing the before and after videos with your student would be powerful endorsement of how and why the arm movement changed, and the impact.

Re: Structuring multiple lessons
A good explanation of the practical use and benefits of the Constraints Led Approach. There's a bit for both coaching leisure anglers and competition casters in this presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEMSjM1VS3c Good video Vince, I wonder what the presenter would recommend for use for s...

Re: ICSF WC Flycasting Sweden 2024
The new tiered affiliation fee is another first Maybe but 400 Euros is very expensive for an individual such as myself, on top of an already high price for the event. It is Paul, same for myself. That allows for 3 participants to a WC. I think there should be tier below that for single competitors....

Re: ICSF WC Flycasting Sweden 2024
I think the new ICSF Executive are very conscious of the need for sponsorship and marketing and are actively seeking promotional opportunities. Send any suggestions in (I know some may be the third time) but I suggest we give the new Executive help and time. I am no longer involved in any administra...
