I use the barstool Sniper lines in 10weights, they do a full floater although you will need a deep spool to get it on as the head is short@29ft but very bulky in order to float. They must be well over the 10 weight AFTMA ratings but they carry large (10 inch+) streamers easily and are 120 feet long.

My stepson is a soldier and we are a similar height and build so he gives me some of his old gortex jackets and also his old combat trousers .

I've been using Suffix Supple Link which is available in clear, black or neon orange!. It's available in .35 diameter but I'm not sure how accurate this info is. I like it because any coiling can be stretched out of it by hand.
