Injuries, prevention and recovery

Hi folks,

It would be very interesting to have a professional doctor or physio on the Board to discuss some things. The two common injuries I believe are rotator cuff and tennis elbow?

Do we know anyone who we can ask advice?

Cheers, Paul

Re: Contour of a distance cast

A beast!!! You’ll have to duck tape your hat to your head. I think the cast should be forwards to the bow. How about making it really long? Can you use colours?

Is the lettering standard? Or can be anything? And what dimensions?

Re: What the fluff?

Sounds like a good case for some video assistance! That would certainly go hand in hand with broadcasting.

Re: What the fluff?

Hi Henry, Thanks for your reply. I would have thought that now the rule changes allow for a decent fly to be used, that is visible and readily floats (as opposed to the flies we were being given to use previously) that judging the fly position would be less difficult. Is this a ACA rule too? Thanks,...
