The simple handed

Knot Working, In the time of my existence there has been little understood of this animal and now there is talk of them returning to this region of the planet. Nothing official that I’m aware of but, they’re simply slipping this direction from what I gather. It a literal over the river and through t...

Re: Fly casting paradox (number 1)

When making sense, —-The flyline might have some artistic value to the air but, there are a number of variations on the expression of freewill; your’re right though if a flyline was 50-yards in length then it would only casts 150’ or, be named the fifty yard line A flyline matrix probably isn’t for ...

Re: glass vs graphite

Would the fiberglass manifesto an be and explanation for why there is little option for a fiberglass Spey rod? Or, is boron the purpose of a #4 rod that handles flyline two sizes up…

Also, St. Croix now has carbon fiber rods of less than 9’ in leverage 🤔

Re: The Lost World of Mr Hardy

Re: 170

👋Vinny, If I’m not mistaken the 170 is an acute term for a flat backcast and a smashing forward cast and if I remember right this involves false casting with more than the weight forward section of flyline. It could be fun to distance cast for a warm up exercise with the double haul but, save some f...
