Bernd its not a term I have ever used in teaching either, I think its too indistinct or subtle or I'm too thick. In the case of Al's book I have always struggled to understand what he means by "thrust" (why I asked). Sexyloops has for years been a battleground for definitions and the words that clar...

I interpret it as - thrust is the force applied at those moments when we need to pull curved lines straight.

Paul I mostly agree but I think the biggest issue I had (have) was rolling the shoulders, and I suspect this came about through trying to watch the DLoop. Not all watching is good if it generates a fault. Fortunately we have filming these days which can replace the watching that leads to problems.

About 6 things I had to adjust Will. Just had another session, same result, a couple of glasses of red helped with the chill factor. Now to get it embedded.

I have done as you have suggested Lasse and if he gets back to me lets see if its any clearer than it is in his book. I was looking for other interpretation of what people think it means by it.
