That's Frank Loprestis site, the clips are heavily outdated, both tests have been revised several times since he put those clips up :)

It's an ok resource, but not current.

In a headwind, I go for as straight a flyleg as possible, with as much speed as possible. The loop will morph anyway, and shaping loops usually happen after we accelerate the line.
