ok, thanks Paul. but in that case wouldn't the standard up and down movement on an overhead cast (and in and out on a side cast) of the elbow constitute swoop ? or is the term swooping used when this up&down/in &out movement is greatly exaggerated ? just trying to head around this term, thanks. chee...
