You could use your body more effectively to add additional omph, try stepping back and forward keeping one foot static.

Even travel within some countries is ‘essential travel only’ which sone are finding very restrictive.

Perhaps, if travel within a country is allowed and gatherings, maybe an old style postal event could be held with a number of events around the world with results being posted.
