Went back Thurs to try and refine the technique. Tied big muddlers with purple marabou. Had a lot of plucks and swirls but no hook ups this time. The water is really low and I noticed a lot of algae floating about. I think all the fish have moved from the flat into the faster water to breath. I hope...

What length leader do you guys typically fish ion the dark with the lures? In the light on this stretch I typically fish 19-20ft leader and maybe 12 in the dark.
