Flycasting, so simple that instructors need to make it complicated since 1685

Its not my gig and i'm not alluding to disputing documented history, just to watch attempts to repeat it in today's times would be pretty cool..

Hi Lee

I wasn't thinking that, I was merely posing the question if the line should be "modern" or classic :) I'd like to see it tried with plastic, but think there's a better chance of it happening with silk.

Cheers

Tallinn Indoor Cup 2015 results

We had a great competition. Schedule was very tight, but we made it! 9 events in one day is too much. I think, next time it will be two days event. I hope all competitors were satisfied with the venue and arrangement. See you next time.

Enjoyed reading Dmitri. Looks like Allan and the boys did a great job. Combining all casting disciplines is the future and I trust we will see a combined World Championships in the near future. Ireland showed it can be done in 2006. That was a great event.
Looking forward to seeing you in Czech Republic in September.

Results from the first BFCC event of the year have been posted here: http://www.thebfcc.co.uk/category/results

Congrats to Mike Heritage, Toby Merigan and Rob Doyle for their wins. A quick count up shows that Toby was the overall winner (it appears Mike H forgot to do the T120 :D ).

Well done to Mike H for his win in the #5, Steve Parkes for his T120 win and to John Reynolds for everything else including a new record of 177ft in the ST27.
