Hey guys ,

Ive been trying to locate 27g Floating heads, the one they use in the World Fly casting championships, does anyone know where I can get a few of these , Mike Barrio was bringing them in but they have ceased production, Does anyone else get them from anyone else , I honestly can't wait any longer...any help would be much appreciated...

Make them yourself That's what the majority of competitiors do DT 7 for long, 8 for middle or 9 for a short head, long belly 7,8 or 9 works too.

There is a lot of experimenting going on here Jacko. Because line development costs are high as are minimums, it's mostly home spun. The 5-weight really appeals to me because we all use the same line, but I know that the 27g appeals to those who like line tinkering!

I know exactly what line to you use , the DT will work but I'll tweak it just right for distance , I get these made overseas now ....

I've had quite a few requests for my ST27 head lately. I'll try to get another batch made as soon as I get a window on the machines.
