Hi Andy, I have not cast in Sweden since 2000 when WC were in Kalmar. Ronnerby looks a nice spot for a cast.

John - last there in 2007 for what was the European Championships before the WC's became yearly. Not sure that the new format and event order really appeals with all the events that Colin & I prefer on the first full day (a bit anti social but we've always been that way). Not casting in all the events 1-9 really questions the desire/motivation to go, which is a shame.

Paul - I'm based just off the M25 Junc20 between Watford & Hemel Hempstead. I've not cast for a few months due to a neck/shoulder injury. Always happy to hook up and cast so long as it doesnt mess with other plans.

Hi John, dont get me wrong, the buzz at the WC's is something else, chatting with some really great people, sharing ideas and techniques to put in to practice. The social relaxation in the evenigns is great too (as are the local beers) I have missed not going the last few years but there was no way that I could have gone last year.

Are you coming over for the Fly Casting WC's in Cumbria ?
