Incidentally I'll be fishing before the comp not afterwards - back to Kola with Anvar and Dmitri. So if anyone is up for some fishing before let me know. I should be able to put three days in somewhere... Chris?

Cheers, Paul

Sounds good! Let's keep in touch and II'll fix vacation as soon as ou know when you're there. Will also try to figure out places to go to. Would you prefer low country rivers or mountain lakes/creeks in general?

I don't mind. A bit of an exploration would be cool. I'll either arrive late Monday or early Tuesday. Ironman on the Saturday so I'll be slightly fucked!

hi Dabo

The limited edition sounds interesting, do you have any info on it? Or do you mean the discontinued extreme distance 10 foot 8 weight?

If the latter is the case, then the E3 9'6" is lighter and half a foot shorter, personally I throw further with the shorter one, but that's beause I'm not strong enough to really use a 10 footer.

Cheers

Flycasting, so simple that instructors need to make it complicated since 1685

Got a Q++ at casting school, wearing shorts ;)

I have the Extreme Distance 10' #8 and it is not stiff at all. Actually, I managed to break the tip yesterday and had to resort to my brute that I am not in condition to use properly at the moment.
I'm here just for the chicks.
