I like that but it'd mean tidying up after....

Currently looking for a new desk as the drawer on mine prevents the use of a clamp vice and I find myself pulling the whole pedestal unit around when tying stuff that needs a lot of thread pressure.

I would also want to know if there are some good solutions for storing materials handy and efficiently. I am thinking of building a shallow shelf that can sit on top of the table against the wall.
