A 10 step guide to taking better flyfishing photos
How about a simple one step guide ?
1) Keep fish in the water, don't bother with lifting that 1.5lb trout or that wonderful cookie cutter 18 incher. Cause I mean really?
If you do get a cracker of a fish, then take the picture of the fish in the water or gently with fingers flat cradling the fish , and fish still in the water.
I think the only time we can excuse a less than best practice fish picture is with first timers and Kids.. other than that if you need your ego stroked that bad, hire a hooker.

Everybody has to believe in something and I believe in Fly fishing and Fly tying and believe I will.
As in the army I have never had a bad day fly fishing, some damn uncomfortable days but never a bad one.
