Yes, this is what i believe to be true as well. And the problems gets worse when the line in question have a soft coating (or when its dirty or covered with salt or the like of course). I also believe that the tiptop is the most important guide - the "digging-effect" is probably the most severe here when casting.windknotz88 wrote:Exactly! That is our theory too.
