Barrel Aged Beers

Anyone else into them? They are my current beer obsession, partly because they are just so damn hard to come by in New Zealand.

I've acquired these in the last wee while (the Victory at Sea isn't barrel aged...although it's still spectacular).

I'm also brewing a small 10l batch of a Russian Imperial Stout that should check in at around 12% ABV. It hasn't technically been barrel aged, although I've done a bourbon barrel chip infusion to give that effect.
