It would be next year. Definetly in the area of Hamburg, so an international airport would be available without a long drive.
Not sure about the best time of year?

Hamburg is not the easiest place to get to.

Frankfurt or Munich are better, even Düsseldorf is better.

Sounds like a fun idea
Like Grunde says, you should have a chat with the Norwegians, they have a 5 weight distance and accuracy event happening indoors about 3-4 times every winter for the last 4 years and before that several different 5 weight comps.

Like Lee says, 80 meters of floorspace minimum, and high enough to the ceiling, minimum 8+ meters, 10 is better and even more if we're talking the 55 gram event And if it's a exibition hall/congress center thing, make sure there's no wires hanging down

If possible I would be interested.
