That's a nice one - wasn't it Audience Choice at Sundance!? And if I remember correctly David Lynch said he couldn't have made Twin Peaks without it... Legend says the two guys making it were so hungover, they had to drink 5 or 6 beers each during shooting to overcome their massive hangover...
I'm sorry I can't offer much addition to your list - I basically stopped watching flyfishing/casting vids after I´ve seen a guy in big wading boots walk in slow motion with epic music for the 100th time... However, this one has music that doens't make you puke and the bloke/cameraman seem relaxed and having a good time: klick

The action in the "Carry without hauling"-video looks like it would break my arm, but I do like the way it highlights drifting.
