Ciao Dominik
First what I can see is you need to stop earlier on a back cast, make it more abrubt.
Looks like you having a short line there, so try to use your forarm only and finish with a small wrist snap.
Dont lift your elbow too much as on the video- your shoulder might not like it after a while.
cheers

Hi Dominik,
welcome here too.
You still have the "wrong" leg in front.
Cheers,
Thomas E.

Hi Dominik,
My suggestion (for the time being) would be to try and pull a lot of your power out of that cast. See if you can reach the same distance with the same size loops but with MUCH less power used. You'll need to tighten up the casting arc as you're doing that, but I think you'll find you can be more efficient with those short casts and gain more control over the loop.
Cheers,
Graeme

Hi Dominik,
it looks good to me. However I'm sure that the back loops are wide. The backcast for a short line like this is really no more than a squeeze-stop.
Have you found this section yet? http://www.sexyloops.com/flycast/introduction/

Thanks for the replies. Yes I have seen the beginner videos, some good tips albeit not always easy to do:).
Is this better?

Regarding the leg I was recommend to do that to prevent my body from rotating.

I’m with you on the leg. Closed stance is great for accuracy and I teach it. It squares the shoulders.

Welcome on board Dominik. The other board is great, and some of the guys post on both....
But there is often a whole different world of geekiness on here...
For all the advice you get, bear in find the absolute fundamentals. Paul will no doubt put you in the right direction. Some info you are given is matter or style rather than things that are essential
