It's been a long time since I've done any serious sprint training. I've been touching on it the last few years but it's fast becoming my primary focus! It feels great to be alive!! There must be a huge flood of endorphins
You must sprint train for Rugby, Scotty.
Cheers, Paul

Sprint Training
Are they introducing a Le Mans-style start on casting competitions?

Pyramid sprints were what we did for rugby, but now, just thinking about it makes me tired.

Sprint Training
It's funny I stopped doing it for fear of getting injury, which is exactly the wrong approach. One week of incorporating this and I feel I have much more energy. Also I recover quicker after changing pace.
Going to drop an ironman into next summer I think.

I find with sprint training you feel apalling at the time but completely agree that afterwards is great. I've found no other exercise (with perhaps the exception of the same thing on the bike) capable of making you sick quicker!

Tabata's are the most evil sprints I've ever done.
