Do cormorants have a natural predator, outside of egg eating birds and mammals?

Sharks, orca, anything?

Cormorants are definitely a problem in the States, Paul. They're protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty and you can't legally so much as shoo them away, but they are known to be decimating the anadromous species and in a spectacular collision of separate environmental laws, are causing a steep decline in the population of Chinook and Coho salmon that are protected by the Endangered Species Act. And sea lions? Don't let me get started on them. They're protected by the Marine Mammal Protection Act...
