Outstanding report from Ronan this week... http://www.sexyloops.com/blog/2018/05/10/river-keeping/

When Piffen joined me in Malaysia he kindly gave me a couple of gardening gifts...

The saw in particular is incredible! And I can thoroughly recommend it Ronan.

Cheers, Paul

The saw is a Silky Super Accel 21. I've been using these tools to clear running tracks in the jungle :)

I use something similar to get through my local stream:

Silky’s are amazing pieces of kit... the best hand pruning saw you can buy.

"The Chainsaw Cast!"

Ronan and I once met some of the local chaps here collecting honey. They'd run out of petrol and wanted a chat. Nice blokes and I gave them some Gourami flies

But bloodyhell, they were collecting honey by chopping down the trees. How are we supposed to save the Rainforest when the locals can't even do it themselves?!

At least it's only one and not blocks of the stuff. Lots of forest clearing this year - I'm told because it's an election year and they needed to circulate money. Well the good news is that didn't work
