It’s a pleasure, Lou. I’d love for people to start playing videos more often so that we can try to improve things. It’s something I do more and more of via email but it would be better if it was here. Ultimately I’d like to build a database of faults and cures this way then when someone posts a video I can write “see correction video 34b”!
