I dont think it was much more then 80, but that 1 backcast felt goood. Wind was pushing slack into the line, very similar to Cumbria

Same here, long time no practice- summer just started here and its super hot and dry- no ideal for casting. Yesterday I could not skip the oportunity to cast with that wind though.
3 positives, 1 negative from yesterday
1) new PB and CAN DO attitude
2) focus on line managment on the ground with this conditions
3) wind of 25km/h my to go head for ST would be 17.5m long- works well for me
1) sunburn on my neck. Too exited to put a sunscreen

I'd swap you hot and dry for wet and cold
