Re: Casting to music (with lumilines)
Tool and King Crimson are two of my favorites... but for casting?
For me, the correct tempo is found in good ol' Southern Rock... gee I wonder why?
Check out Gov't Mule.

With appreciation and apologies to Ray Charles…

Jesus, Lee, how am I supposed to cast to that? When I say “casting to the music” I do mean in time to it! I’ll admit that Tool’s use of 4/7 is quite complicated. But anyway, just for you I’ll give it a go. I’m thinking I’ll have to put a 4WT line on the Rampage and wear a black stocking over my head. I doubt I’ll see any wildlife for the next month.
Cheers, Paul

Gday Paul
Probably one of the best ways to practice in my opinion with the old headphones in.
My neighbours tell me they can often hear me singing whilst chucking loops on the front lawn.
Maybe there should be a sexyloops compilation of training music put together Paul.

Here’s a great young Aussie band.

Definitely one for casting the limilines late at night.

I just listen to the voices in my head.

I cast mostly to my own beat
When casting to music, it's often Sting. But then again, Sting is a mainstay in my music taste. Glad you like the Tool album, Paul - I thought you would. If my memory serves me right, I was the one to introduce to them with Lateralus on the Pink Micra-trip?
