What do you guys who train a lot eat? I've found rice to be better than pasta. I have three eggs on toast in the morning. I use caffeine. I've found creatine useful, especially being a vegetarian. Protein shakes after training. Gels during training. Nuts. And then it gets a bit weird because Thai and Indian curries are my staple diet!

Thanks, Paul

I didn't know you trained Akos! That's great! Next time I'm in Budapest we should do something together.

Cheers, Paul

No, I am too environment conscious to train. You kill Mother Earth by burning calories for nothing!

I will give her everything back when the worms will eat me. :p

Peanut butter. The good, no sugar, stuff from Whole Earth. Bananas & porridge. Not all at the same time. Never touch those isotonic shit, sugarfest, drinks. Water & coffee only (while training).

Without the isotonic drinks I find cramping a problem. Especially in the hot summers we get here. Last IM was 34C. The previous one reached 38 in the afternoon!

Cheers, Paul

Try beer.

PS. I have a flying tank. Your argument is irrelevant.

PSS. How to generate a climbing loop through control of the casting stroke is left as a (considerable) exercise to the reader.
