Hi folks,

What is the best marine carpet to fit in the Rocket? I’m not impressed with what I currently have :D

Thanks, Paul

Is this good? The stuff the boat builders put in last time smells like tar when it gets hot. I would like to put something in that lasts 10 years. Or at least 5. Doesn’t burn the feet and doesn’t self-destruct, while leaving black stuff everywhere. I’ll most probably have to buy from Australia.

I don’t seem to be able to buy anything locally.

Thanks, Paul

🤠howdy,

…I’ve been experimenting with term nasty even if you’re lucky enough to own a power vessel there might be something about the decks or, floors? Of which might not be the best help but, could encourage further thinking…

I’ve placed down a couple of imitation grass squares which seems to help. But it’s not the ultimate solution!

Paul,

Seadek seems to be the most popular choice around here. In fact, I would say it dominates the market.

It is very nice, and the boaters that I know all love it.

But it might be a bit fancy for your more caveman approach? :pirate:

There is also another one breaking into the market... Aqua Traction... but I have no personal experience with that one.

Thanks Gary, I’ll have a look for both of them here. Have you ever seen the inside of a cave? Luxury. :D

Cheers, Paul
