I've decided to get good at bread making so I can bake it around remote NZ campfires. This one came from an oven but last night's from a campfire

It turns out I'm a bread genius. Germans don't make the best bread any more. If there's a heaven after heaven then this is it.

I don't eat cake.

I won't be buying bread again that's for sure. Takes 10 minutes to mix. An hour to rise and about 20 to cook. Piece of piss! And the results are fantastic.

The trick now will be to move things to the campfire Easy with a cast iron camp oven, but I'm not lumping that around on my back I might have to get creative with the fire. Alternatively does anyone know if there are mini-size camp ovens around?
