I asked them to get their "extra thin" line for testing. That was 2 years ago. It yet never arrived for some magic reason. :ninja:

density = mass per volume

Think that one still holds true. :p

Lasse,
agree.
Besides that I do have floating lines coming in different densities. It always means pros and cons depending on what one wants to do...

Physics aside, would anyone be so gullible as to believe that major line manufacturers would have missed such a possibility and got it wrong for so many years? :p

Cheers, Paul

Good point Grunde. He seems quite dense but has floated to the top. :pirate:

Fair call, but then again:
SA just a few weeks ago told me to have AST Plus available now offering a 50% reduction in friction over the AST lines going thru the guides.
That - I think - is a massive statement and would mean a huge increase for this season!
Need to cast one of these lines though!

Yes fair enough.

Interesting claim by SA, it might be true of course. When I use line dressing like Umpqua's Teflon or the SHOOT there is a remarkable difference. Maybe SA's marketing strategy is different now but I always found that Bruce shoots his arrows straight.

Cheers, Paul
