Starting 18th January I will be inviting special guests to join the Board for a week of discussions!
18-24th January 2016 Jason Borger. Since his teens, Jason Borger has been teaching, shooting videos, and writing about fly fishing. Jason’s background has also lead to his involvement as a fly-fishing consultant and double for commercials and movies. You can check out his blog at fishfliesandwater.com
Cheers, Paul

Mate,
great idea for a new section on SL.
Maybe you want to open the "new topic" button here, too?
Or pls. start a topic about who we want to join us for a week! I have some people in mind.
Cheers

Can't you start a new topic? I'll look at the forum permissions. Thanks!

I'm *only* doing it because of you, Rich. Book can wait....Rich Knoles wrote:Isn't he too busy writing his book?
Heard that Paul was having spider problems in his boat. My advice (I know I'm a week early, but I'm generous with my time): Burn the boat. Only way to be sure.
I grew up surrounded by fish, flies, and water.

Your friendly neighbourhood flyslinger
Flycasting, so simple that instructors need to make it complicated since 1685
Got a Q++ at casting school, wearing shorts

Suggest burning Paul's socks if you really want to be sure.Jason Borger wrote:I'm *only* doing it because of you, Rich. Book can wait....Rich Knoles wrote:Isn't he too busy writing his book?

"There can be only one." - The Highlander.
PS. I have a flying tank. Your argument is irrelevant.
PSS. How to generate a climbing loop through control of the casting stroke is left as a (considerable) exercise to the reader.
