Thoughts on body movement..

Hi All
Few screen shots from my casting.
First one shows body/hands position during false casting, secend shows body set up for delivery cast and in third one the delivery shot is about to happen.
Notice in the 3rd one my rod/hand passed already perpendicular position, I am very much  in front, but the final rotation did not happen yet.
I think I am too much in front with my shoulders and have no where to take the power from for the final rotation. From this this position the force of my body is pushing me forward and the rod does not stop as high as I want it- meaning- tracjectory is bad and the distance suffers.

I might add the video of this cast later, but would like to hear your initial thoughts.

cheers
mike

Looks good. Do you push up from your left leg to turn the rod over, Mike? You could also try having your feet more aligned Ie right foot closer to the camera.

I start training next week too

Cheers, Paul

Lucky WC is in 5months, I got some new muscle memory to build up.
