In fact, if you go back over my early posts in the other thread, I have specifically referred to both external shoulder rotation AND the thoracic spine when discussing that objective. I did not refer to scapular loading, or that other important contributor to layback which the quote does not mention, separation of the key proximal joints used in casting, in those recent posts as I had mentioned both earlier.

As to multiple internal cues, no, you only need one.
