Hi all!
I had a fly rod as young kid and really enjoyed popping it like a whip in the back cast more than fishing with it - what a dummy huh!
Anyway, I have been building rods for over 10 years now and recently added fly rod builds - so I decided I want to learn the correct way to cast and fish them. So, here I am!
Thanks,
Jon Hood

Hi Jon
Sounds like you live in the right place to fish and have now found the right place to learn.
Consider getting a HT6 blank and building yourself what is probably the best rod to learn on ever.
A joy to cast and fish. No matter how good you get it will keep up with you and just keep on giving.
