Re: Recent FP from Paul
Hi All Here is my take on a hot subject around social media of fly casting. Is the loaded/bend fly rod essential to perform correct fly cast? Watch it and answer... P.s Long video due to double language and slow mo part showing no bend in the rod( piece of it)😁 P.s Don't comment on a slack-sack...

Re: Recent FP from Paul
Hi Mike, Good questions. I (think) I feel the same as you do. To be honest, I think things are being made overly complex. Cheers, Bart Hi Exactly, "overly complex" I am glad few others have similar aproach to mine. Timing if this subject is good- Pauls FP, bendig/loading importance on facebook( Rio...

Re: Recent FP from Paul
I think Bernd said once, that choose your fly first, or flies you mostly will be usinge and then choose your tackle. Regarding speed with heavy head like OBS, I also think that short head 30ft can mak it possible. Quick pick up if 35 feet, less time to unroll and of she goes. It happens quick so I d...

Re: Straw Poll on Stepping
No worries John The video of ST was before I start to step in TD, it was just to show that my body is falling forward after the delivery- so much power😁, and it happen with TD as well, but now it feels very stable and my sholders are( i think) in a good position for the final cast. Soon I will try s...

Re: Straw Poll on Stepping
Hi My 2 cents on the subject after my recent good session with 43.8m PUALD cast using the step sequence. I am not good with all the biomechanics, but I don't want to sound like a numnut who just wave a rod and gets lucky, so I also think and analyse what I am doing. I learn distance casting by w...
