Slow motion with eyes closed is even more intense! Just have to ensure that the motions your ingraining are the correct ones before making that jump.

Teaching my 9 year old....
Some updated pics...a few adjustments and he's killing it now. Took a grand slam on the flats of the Laguna Madre last weekend, and came within a half pound of breaking the Texas State record for black drum on flyrod in the youth division. Even got a wedge going today with the Austin 4wt.

Ok....phone not cooperating at the moment so I cant upload pics, so here's a short youtube video showing the magical wedge rod...lol It is the upper section of a junked out solid core fiberglass spinning rod made about 40-50 years ago. It also has a metal butt over tip (not the normal tip over butt)...
