Florida Keys
Thanks Peter! That sounds not too bad though. I hav fished Biscayne Bay twice. It was long time ago but even at that time it was very difficult to catch a Bone without chumming. At least we saw several every day (fished 20 days). The boat traffic was very high as was the fishing pressure. Bones were...

Florida Keys
How is the fishing down there in these "days"?
Any Bonefish left? (I heard the Bones are pretty rare compared to how it was 10 or 20 years ago.)
Still a good destination to aim for Tarpon and maybe a Permit within a week of guided fishing?
Thanks
Bernd

BIG FIVE to choose YOUR fly rod
How about the length?
In most of the tackle tests I read no one seems to be interested in rod length.
Often casting distance was compared but the rod length was never checked.
Quite interesting to me.
Rod length is my number one category to choose when aiming for a new stick.

group lessons and how to adress them
Hi everyone, very often I find proposals for group lessons in fly casting being adressed like: "for beginners" "for intermediates" "for advanced" "for experts" "for basic teachers" "for master teachers" What is your experience about this? Do you mix students of different levels or not (pros and cons...

Changing student's style

Would you change the student's style during a lesson or not? If yes, when and why? If not, why not? Thanks Bernd p.s.: Thanks Paul, for finally ...

BIG FIVE to choose YOUR fly rod
Hi everyone,
after reading quite some tackle tests lately, I was wondering what everyone of you understands as the five most important key categories to compare fly rods in for making a decision which one to choose/buy?
Thanks
Bernd
