Thanks for the input, I guess I am misunderstanding what Joan means by squeezing at the end of the forward and backcast power snaps to produce a good crisp stop.

Paul, Thanks for the continued guidance. Is the forearm pump something you get used too or is it and indication one is squeezing to hard when one is in the stop phase.
