It usually goes fly-> line-> rod. Heard it plenty of times, but never have I met someone who did it... Majority of tackle questions on boards tend to be: I've bought this rod, what line should I use.... And slower rod, sure, whenever someone says they have problem with roll casting or even speycasts...

Got and answered. Did you hear anything about the MED comp?

And what is half a AFFTA to you?

5 weight span is 8,7-9,5 grams, 0,8 grams margin
6 weight span is 9,9-10,9 grams, 1 gram margin

My 5 gpx weighs 10,1 grams at 9,14 meters....

Still have both a XP and some tcr 5's in the garage, be happy to give you some real world numbers on them! And I've measured several gpx's, all one lineclass heavier than the box said they should be. And There is a bigger difference in the span of what constitutes a 5 weight line, than there is betw...
