Lee has a very valid point, the ICSF have historically been slow in updating their website.
Q - what is the benefit/point in providing an invitation booklet on a 'past' event.
Surely the salient points are only required - dates, cost and location.

Never been a fan of casting from platforms (always unstable), I asked at the 2009 WC's in Czech Republic if I could cast from the ground and was informed that only casts made from the platform would count. Paul - it is possible to pick and choose rather than compete in all 9 - I certinaly have done in the past.
ICSF - it was proposed by the Norweigan casters a few years ago, proposed, voted on and accepted - Thorgier can shed better light on this.
