Hi Leslie, I think we have tip speeds measured at around 100mph so roughy twice that.

I’m not 100% sure that line speed isn’t sometimes overrated. While it’s obviously important we are constrained by the head length and the faster you hit it the quicker the loop unrolls. It’s not uncommon for very long casts to simply “float out there”. We certainly hit a point quite quickly of diminishing returns.

Tor was a javelin thrower I believe. He’s usually in the finals or knocking on the door. I don’t know how he does it, but he does :)
