Maybe someone who is a celebrity who fly fishes. It might give a different perspective. I hear Jason's butt double actually does fly fish. Also Tom Selleck, Barack Obama, George Bush, Tiger Woods, Kevin Costner, Harrison Ford, Henry Winkler, Jimmy Buffet, Prince Charles and Michael Keaton are known fly fishing enthusiasts.

Might be a bit tough to get one of them though. :p

Maybe one of the techies like Noel or Torsten?

Flip Pallot? Gordy Hill? Lefty Kreh?

Magnus?

Stoatstail?

Someone from the IFFF education committee like David Diaz? Maybe some people to provide a perspective on fly fishing/fly casting organizations around the world like the EFFF, GAIA, APGAI, etc.?

PS. I have a flying tank. Your argument is irrelevant.

PSS. How to generate a climbing loop through control of the casting stroke is left as a (considerable) exercise to the reader.

You forgot Eric Clapton, Roger Daltry, Ian Botham.

Charles Jardine... I have found his Fishing4Schools programme very interesting, and he's got life long teaching experience, both in fly fishing and other "arts".

I say Charles Jardine as well.

Peter Hayes, is that the Englishman or the Australian? Because I'd like to have them on both. At least I think they have the same name.

Nice list Berndt! Göran Andersson would be particularly interesting since he has his own way of seeing things.
