Here's my muddlers and poppers. I made the poppers jungle style but I might try dressing them other styles too. They are tied on 8 long shank with 7 mm head and 2 mm sheet. Thinner heads I think I may have to cut a slit on top and cover with sheet instead of poking straight through them.

It might be possible to debarb the hook and fit the smaller foam tube from that side!
It's an exploration; bring a flyrod.

This one is made with 3 or 4 mm foam cutter. I made a slit lengthwise, slit up and sheet covering the slit. Will check the action in my tub later
