Jungle Moments videos

Hi guys,

I'm going to make short videos of the fishing here. Not the long SLTV stuff, instead moments. What is the best platform? YouTube, Vimeo or Instagram? Just uploading one to YouTube now. Going to put them on the Facebook.com/sexyloops account.

Vimeo has the best quality, instagram broadest Base, and instant sharing on facebook and twitter. Youtube just sucks

She's in KL! There were some very small insects on the surface and some spent sedges. It's really difficult for me to land these fish on the tippets that will fit small flies. I landed one a couple of trips ago on a #16 ant and 7KG Samurai Tippet, but I now know that this was just being extremely fortunate. I lost the next 8 fish!! There is a dun here that is size 8 maybe even a 6. And termites are a size 12. I'm sure that I get refusals because the hook is too big, either that or it's the braid. I've taken to colouring the braid with a permanent marker and muddying it to sink. This fly works, but slightly smaller and with slightly thinner braid I think would be better and fluoro braid might be perfect. It's a difficult balance between hooking them and landing them. Their mouths are actually pretty small.

I love it! Big Snakehead, big Gourami, I haven't even touched the Jungle Perch yet (not the big ones anyway) and Mahseer - and all the while living in the jungle. Anyway I can escape now This video took 12 hrs to upload!!
