Simms was Surf Pullover jacket. Just the cuffs for those really wet and cold days that I would want.
Neoprene isn’t bad. I did not mind my wetsuit having open cell neoprene. It didn’t keep the water totally out as wet suit shouldn’t.
I'm here just for the chicks.
