Just received my 200-250gn rated 10ft9”. Got a bunch of spey type tapers to use in that weight range with streamers.

Anybody else fishing them?

Hiya

Guessing that's the 2wt? I have an Orvis 3wt which I've used the Rio Trout Spey #3 head on, and the Skagit, as well as a #7wt Barrio SLX which is nice..

Hours of fun Lee! The Trout Spey head chucks most things, and the Skagit is an animal!

I've used the Trout Spey head most often, as a light salmon outfit, and it chucks copper tubes, bottle tubes, sunrays, big muddlers etc. on all kinds of polyleaders.

Have fun!
