It’s not illegal here, but there is a certain level of tint that is the limit and this is definitely over that :D But so too is virtually every other car in Malaysia. It certainly wasn’t my choice and I wouldn’t have tinted the windows but it was free with the truck and this is how it arrived.

It has advantages and disadvantages. :)

What’s the difference in the two 4x4 low range, Mike? Is one a diff lock? Noticed the difference in the sun yet? :D

I will ask about it Paul, Not an expert yet. On Saturday I see my friend who has Pajero Sport 3years already and he knows a lot of 4x4, so I will try to learn and memorise few things.

4x4 high range locked and 4x4 low range locked. Yes, it does lock the central differential.

I was on the Upak river in NZ once and I saw a trail of oil running to a rock. Seems like whoever was driving hit the rock and I assume damaged his oil sump, although it could have been a differential of course.

The DMax is actually very well protected underneath...
