Paul you mean the front windscreen is tinted?
Its illegal to tint the front except the top section as sun visor which comes with the car anyway.

Good luck with the car Mike, and keepit.
It’s not illegal here, but there is a certain level of tint that is the limit and this is definitely over that :D But so too is virtually every other car in Malaysia. It certainly wasn’t my choice and I wouldn’t have tinted the windows but it was free with the truck and this is how it arrived.

It has advantages and disadvantages. :)

What’s the difference in the two 4x4 low range, Mike? Is one a diff lock? Noticed the difference in the sun yet? :D

Cheers, Paul

PS I’ll send you a bumper sticker!

I will ask about it Paul, Not an expert yet. On Saturday I see my friend who has Pajero Sport 3years already and he knows a lot of 4x4, so I will try to learn and memorise few things.

Bumber sticker- Yes please

4x4 high range locked and 4x4 low range locked. Yes, it does lock the central differential.

I was on the Upak river in NZ once and I saw a trail of oil running to a rock. Seems like whoever was driving hit the rock and I assume damaged his oil sump, although it could have been a differential of course.

The DMax is actually very well protected underneath...
